Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, we require a minimum purchase of $5.00, excluding shipping costs.

Where do you ship and by what method?

G.I. Brick ships worldwide. We use USPS and UPS and shipping rates will be based on this shipping method. We offer Free First Class Shipping on orders over $35 and Free Priority Shipping on orders over $75 domestically. 

How can I pay?

We are set up to accept Visa/MasterCard through our processor authorized.net and checkout via PayPal. We apologize for the inconvenience but G.I. Brick will not accept American Express, cash, or checks.

*If you have a PrePaid Gift Card, please be sure to register the card before trying to make a payment. The card will decline if not registered to an actual person. Sorry for the inconvience this may cause. 

How do you package shipments?

Package Preparation:Orders placed before the shipping cut off are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after the shipping cut off or placed on a day that the shipping carrier is closed we will ship the next shipping day. The shipping cut off is 4PM EST/1PM PST Monday through Friday for UPS and Monday through Saturday for USPS. Click here for a list of USPS Holidays. Click here for a list of UPS holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted and your shipment may be delayed. Severe weather and natural disasters may also delay shipments. Preorders will be processed on the same timeline the day we receive the product.

Packing Methods:
BrickArms are very light and packages are shipped in small, padded bubble mailers.

How soon will my order be shipped once I have paid?

Under normal circumstances, G.I. Brick ships within (1) day. See above for details. 

***USPS does not guarantee only estimates delivery dates.*** If you need a guaranteed delivery it is best to use UPS.

Can I track my order?

All shipped items will have tracking numbers.
(NOTE: This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package through USPS. Our local Post Office does not always record the origination event, but they usually seem to update the tracking record upon delivery. So, if you go to USPS.com to track your package, and it does not seem to be there, this is the reason why.)

Valid Email Address Required
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address when ordering via BrickArms.com Your email address is used to send the order confirmation and shipping notification and tracking emails. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, check to make sure you provided a valid email address to PayPal that is free of typographic errors, that is currently working, and that your mail system or your ISP’s mail system is not filtering out emails from brickarms.com as spam or other unwanted email.

My order was lost in the mail, what happens now?

GI Brick understands that this happens now and again. Please notify sales@gibrick.com with your order number and tracking information and we will resend the package to you. We will need to verify the order address and we encourage our customers to check with neighbors or Apartment offices for missing packages prior to contacting GI Brick.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds will be honored within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us at (503)388-5558 before returning products to us. Items returned must be in like new condition and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once a tracking number for the return shipment is recieved, monies will be refunded to the original payment method. 

GI Brick will also offer replacements on defective items within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Shipping for these items will be the responsibility of GI Brick. A return shipping label will be sent as well as an envelope to put the returned goods in. 

If a wrong item is shipped, the correct item will be sent along with a return envelope and shipping label for return of the incorrect item. Please contact us at (503)388-5558 if you need to return

Send us a link to it on YouTube.com, no attachments. We will view it and consider it with the criteria that it remains appropriate. We will be offering contests for Video of the Month with a chance to win some great BrickArms prizes. Please note that not every video submitted will make it to the website.
